What if I want to return or exchange something?
If you’re not totally happy with your item(s), we’re happy to refund it within 30 days unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange. Please see our returns page for more information.
What if I have a faulty item?
If you have received a faulty item or the item is not what you ordered please email email@example.com quoting your order number, name and address, product details and the reason for return within 7 days of receiving your faulty or incorrect item. Please also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then respond via email on how to proceed with your return.
Where does Kapada source the items?
Our items are sourced from thrift stores and wardrobes from all over the world. We're helping the environment by saving clothing from ending up in landfill.
