Christmas Delivery & Returns
We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2018. Orders placed from 5th December 2018 can be returned up until 21st January 2019 and are subject to our returns policy.

Delivery times are given as an indication but cannot be guaranteed by Kapada Vintage. Delivery times may occasionally be subject to delays outside of Kapada's control such as force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strike action), for which Kapada cannot be held responsible. If you still have not received your order within the time stated, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your query and order number.
International delivery Terms & Conditions
For European delivery please select Europe Tracked & Signed for at the checkout. For Rest of World countries please select ROW Tracked & Signed for at the checkout. If the wrong delivery method has been selected for your delivery address the order will be cancelled.
We hope that you will be delighted with your Kapada Vintage order. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund within 28 days of purchase. Please note the return postage is paid for by you the customer.
To return your order please fill out the returns form that was sent with your purchase if you no longer have it you can download it here .

Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Kapada will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit.
We recommend that you obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE from the Post Office (which is free) when you return the item, or use a tracked or signed for service to ensure its safe arrival with us. Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item with Royal Mail. Although we will try our best to help you locate your missing return, Kapada reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.
You will need to allow up to 7 working days for your returned item to reach us, so please ensure you allow enough time for your item to reach us within the 28 day returns period.
Unfortunately we do not offer any exchanges as all our items are one off and unique, if you have any questions please email email@example.com.
How do I know you've received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted an order. If you have not received this please check your junk box and then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to assist.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched, this will have a tracking number in it which you can then paste into the Royal Mail tracking website. If you can't find yours please email us at email@example.com and we'll be happy to track it for you.
What are Kapada's hours of business?
We work 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday all orders are posted before 2pm.
How does Kapada's sizing work?
All our items are vintage and therefore unique. We measure the entire item and list these measurements in the product description. We measure pit to pit, inside sleeve and the length. Some vintage items differ from their label size so where this is the case we will list what size it actually is. If you're ever unsure just get in touch.
