KAPADA Vintage is an online and bricks and mortar boutique selling a collection of hand picked vintage clothing, accessories and independent gifts. Founded by me Ellen, I aim to bring you the best unique pieces whilst offering exceptional personal service.

KAPADA means apparel in Hindi.

I founded KAPADA Vintage in May 2016 because I am so passionate about vintage clothing after working for an independent online retailer. I decided to branch out and start my own venture with a little help from my office dog Suki. In October 2019 I opened KAPADA a lifestyle store selling vintage as well as independent brands and gifts. Lots of the independent brands I stock are locally made in Swindon where the shop is based. Shopping with us means you are supporting multiple small businesses.

I source the pieces from thrift stores and wardrobes from all across the UK and occasionally whilst traveling, I'm always on the look out for those gems. When you shop with me you're doing all kinds of good. I feel very strongly about helping the environment where possible so when you buy from me you're not only getting a great quality item, something with a story behind it and that's going to be #reloved.
