Christmas Delivery & Returns
We've extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2021. Orders placed from 5th December 2021 can be returned up until 21st January 2022 and are subject to our returns policy.

CLICK AND COLLECT
We are now offering FREE Click and collect from our Store - 66 Devizes Road, Old Town, Swindon. Just choose click and collect at the checkout. Your order will be ready within 1 working day. You will receive an email when it's ready for collection. Please collect your order within 7 working days.
We aren't currently offering International Delivery at the moment due to brexit and the new rules. Please get in touch if you're an international buyer and we will see what we can do.
Delivery times are given as an indication but cannot be guaranteed by Kapada Vintage. Delivery times may occasionally be subject to delays outside of Kapada's control such as force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strike action), for which Kapada cannot be held responsible. If you still have not received your order within the time stated, please contact us at email@example.com with your query and order number.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you will be delighted with your Kapada Vintage order. However, if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note the return postage is paid for by you the customer. Please note: we are no longer sending return forms with our orders to save on paper.
To return your order please download and fill out the returns form here, you can either print it out and pop it in with your return or email it to us here and just pop your order number in the subject line. Alternatively you can return your items to the shop with your valid receipt within 14 days, same returns policy applies.

Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Kapada will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit.
We recommend that you obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE from the Post Office (which is free) when you return the item, or use a tracked or signed for service to ensure its safe arrival with us. Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item with Royal Mail. Although we will try our best to help you locate your missing return, Kapada reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.
You will need to allow up to 7 working days for your returned item to reach us, so please ensure you allow enough time for your item to reach us within the 14 day returns period. Once we've received the item back in it's original condition we will issue you a refund for the item only.
